For other areas the products will be shipped through India post and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which KentroShooting.com is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as KentroShooting.com continuously tries to naught such instances. KentroShooting.com reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.

Return Policy:

• Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

• Returns will only be accepted for products that are in their original condition (unused, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact).

• Customers are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.

• Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund within 2 business days.

• If the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund.

• If the product is not defective, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product, minus any shipping costs.
